Data centres are located in Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Warsaw (more locations will be available soon). You can choose your preferred location while setting up a Team Server.
PrivMX Cloud is our network of dedicated servers located in selected high quality and secure data centers. It provides reliable and fast hosting services for our customers in different countries.
It means that PrivMX Team Server software knows nothing about the data it transfers and stores. The content and the structure of information is encrypted by the client software.
Team Servers can do absolutely nothing with the data because they don't even know the role of each piece of information - it’s all shredded and impossible to recognize or organize. What’s more, even system admins in data centres, with physical access to Team Servers, have no possibility to read and interpret the data.
Yes, most of it is open. We’re using the same Team Server software for PrivMX Cloud and the on-premise offer. However, the PrivMX Control Center software and the ready to use web browser client are not available to the public - you can use them only within PrivMX Cloud plan.
In theory, there's no limit in both cases, but we’re currently offering Team Servers up to 100 gigabytes of storage in the Control Center.
It should be more than enough for most teams, but if you need more, please feel free to contact us
Yes, you can see how PrivMX Pocket works here
PrivMX Team Server software requires a Linux machine/instance. For more information please visit https://dev.privmx.com/
There is no automatic, server-side migration procedure for Team Servers because users and data on each server are linked to its domain name. You can migrate your data using the client software - by exporting (and decrypting) files to your local machine and importing them to your new Team Server.
We always try to do our best to help and assist you. Please refer to the support page or contact us directly in case of any problems with our software.
Currently not. We’re working on including it in our offer, so stay tuned.
Not much:) As all the files within your PrivMX workspace are not duplicated but linked between members, chats, issues and calendars, you’ll only need 10 GB to start from.
Although there are no technical obstacles to using PrivMX Fusion in a large team, we can see a single PrivMX Team Server works best for teams of 15 people. It's simply easier to stay agile and keep the information flow clean, so we recommend sticking to the "one server = one team" rule.
We offer a solution for bigger teams as well. You can divide your team into groups and create a number of Team Servers. These separate teams can share common Sections to collaborate, communicate, and share files.
If you are interested in that solution, contact us to discuss the details.
As soon as your 30-days FREE TRIAL starts, you'll have access to PrivMX Control Center. It's where you arrange all your settings, place the order and make all the necessary payments after the trial.

In case of a private account, Team Keepers are not able to restet Team Member's password. Private account is activated with an ACToken.
Your personal ACToken is a secret and unique ID of your account in a form of a textual mnemonic. In case you forget your password, you can use the token to log into your PrivMX Team Server.
You can find your ACToken in your User Settings. If you are a Team Keeper, ACToken appears when you set up a new Team Server.

Team Keeper is a regular Team Member with some extra benefits. Team Keepers arrange the workspace for their team. They are the ones who create accounts for their Team Members, invite them to the workspace, and manage their primary user settings. Apart from all the functions and activities available for any Team Member, Team Keeper is authorized to grant selected Team Members access to particular Sections and Tools within these Sections. As we strongly believe that teamwork should be based on trust and respect, we recommend flexibility in terms of appointing a Team Keeper. This role is dedicated to team players at heart!
You'll be notified about all updates available inside the application, in your user profile. To update, you just need to click DOWNLOAD and INSTALL and PrivMX Fusion restarts automatically in a new version.

Because we are not sure if your web browser (and its plugins) is secure enough to generate private encryption keys, all processes connected with creating a Team Server and the first account as well as new users' accounts take place in the PrivMX Fusion desktop app.
